So I want to be able to play AAA and up to Nintendo switch games on a handheld device.

I thought I’d be fine with the ally Z1E which I picked up for 350$ with battery and storage mods.

But then also hearing how many people have several devices I thought maybe I should to. Like one for home couch gaming and one maybe more for travelling.

So the second decide I’m okey in going down in resolution but still wanna be able to play games up to switch library, maybe some of modern games.
So then I have found the Ayn Odin 2 pro locally for abut 280$.
Someone said the RP5 could maybe handle some switch games and this I found for 190$.

Are there other options I should be considering here ?

I am so confused...

Having dived down the rabbit hole of handhelds, reading the Buyers Guide, and looking at new prices/local marketplace. I cannot get past the fact that the Z1E is the most solid one for the price for me. I tried comparing to Odin and Thor, but those are like 2x the price of a Z1E second hand where I live.

But here comes the noob in me who is afraid of new things, will the Z1E be as fun to play on as the Odin? Can I play the same games? Is it as easy to get things going? Are there any issues I should be aware of?

Are there other devices in my local marketplace that I should consider?
Of course you dont know what they are but lets just say Retropocket 5, steamdeck, switch and some lenovo are between 2000-4000 kr.
The Z1E sits at about 3000 and seems to be the most competent of the bunch.

Been debating with myself as I do really wanna wear luxury watches but still don’t want to get discriminated due to wearing a luxury symbol. As the people I interact with would treat me differently if they noticed let’s say a Rolex. However if I wear a grand seiko they would batch an eye, or probably even a Vacherion Constantin.

So for you what watch brands and models flys under the radar for most people but yet impressed the watch connoisseurs?
