Houseplants: Real VS Fake?

Hi Everyone!

As the title states, I'm not sure what most people do for houseplants in their rentals?

For context: We are getting ready to launch our listing in the next few weeks, so I'm thinking about some final decorative ideas. I live 20 minutes from our rental, and I work 5 minutes away, so watering would not be an issue. I do NOT have a green thumb, so it would be very basic greenery, but I DO love the idea of having some live plants in the space. I'm not a huge fan of artificial, but if the consensus agrees that they would be the best option, then so be it.

Hi Everyone, my husband and I are in the process of converting our 2 bedroom, one bathroom detached bungalow into an AirBnb and would love your opinion on the following:

  1. Bedroom setups: I am considering a Queen bed with two nightstands/lamps in the primary bedroom. But for the second bedroom I'm unsure if I should go with a twin bed plus trundle and a desk. Or should I do another queen bed with nightstands and forgo the desk? I'm just not sure if it is better to cater to families, or cast a wider net with the two queen beds. I'm mostly concerned about negative experiences that 4 adults could cause, rather than two parents with kids.
  2. What do you offer for 'entertainment'? For the TV, do I need to offer some sort of streaming service? Or just have a smart tv and they can sort it out themselves? I'll be providing wifi. Should I provide a small bluetooth speaker?
  3. For toiletries: Do you provide large costco sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash? Or smaller sizes that get refilled? Fresh bars of soap for each guest instead of the bodywash? Any extras (a small assortment of feminine hygiene products will be kept under the sink for emergencies)?
  4. Last one..... When I see people say 'well stocked kitchen', are they meaning hard items, like pots/pans, utensils, glass ware.... Or is it things like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices?

Thank so much!
