Just bought a condo -- shortly after taking my first ever shower in my new condo, the neighbor below me knocked on my door to say that my shower was leaking into his apartment -- and that it had been a problem with the former owner as well. This leak was not part of the Seller's Disclosure. What is my legal recourse....
