We have the forsaken x gx collab but i can't get the rewards? Like my father let me borrow their laptop or whatever to do this but it aint working it just says smth like you can't do this and such or we can't open the prize selection at all, even after doing everything it wanted us to do? I even tried on phone it keeps telling me to open it on a pc but if it ain't working wtf am i supposed to do?
