No period, feeling worse

Need some guidance. I am 45, in perimenopause and on HRT for about 8 months. My doctor adjusted the doses a few times but we finally landed on .05 patch and 200 mg progesterone. I thought I was feeling pretty good. Until a few weeks ago.

I have not had a period in 72 days. I’m not pregnant, my husband was snipped but I have checked anyway for my own peace of mind. It’s not like I miss the cramps or bleeding but I don’t feel good this way either. My worst symptoms were poor sleep, mood swings and heart palpitations and they’re all back with a vengeance.

Is there anything I can do? My doctor is in between clinics so can’t get an appointment right now.

Cycling progesterone question

Before this my cycles were anywhere from 15-57 days so very irregular ever since I went off birth control 2 years ago.

Wondering if I should try cycling progesterone? Would it prompt a period and “reset” my system? Not sure that’s a thing but feels like it could be. The doctor that prescribed these is opening her own clinic but I don’t know when so I can’t get an appointment with her and my primary care doesn’t know anything about hormones. Or should I try something like Midi? It’s so frustrating to feel like this when I was finally feeling good.
