Billed less than 100 hours this year - how does the "it's time for you to start looking for another job" mid-year review actually go?

3rd year, have gotten very little work this year, I don't submit bad work product, but I also don't ask for work or generally seem "excited to be working here", as my co-chair put it in my end of year review. lol. I have a laugh at that bc who tf actually is excited to be working in biglaw (outside of the pay). I am under no impression that I will make it to the end of the summer at this firm.

What does this convo actually sound like when you're asked to find another job?
How long do they usually give you to find another job? What happens during the interim?
What should I be prepared to ask/answer?

The fact that I even made it this far is a win for me. Appreciate any honest feedback.
