Hello, for my orthodontics thesis, I need to compare the fit of printed aligners versus thermoformed aligners on a model. I have the digital impressions in .stl format of the patient's arch, the printed aligner, and the thermoformed aligner. I downloaded CloudCompare, but I cannot find any tutorials online, and I am a complete novice. How do I analyze the fit between these aligner scans and the patient's arch impression?
