Hi everyone! I’m a 22-year-old female relocating for a full-time job that starts in mid-June. I’m looking for a room in an all-female apartment in East Boston, specifically close to the T (Maverick or Orient Heights).

• Move-in Date: Ideally June 9–13, 2026, so I can get settled right before my job starts! (I can also do the first week of June if that fits the lease better).
• Budget: Hoping for $900–$1,000, with a strict max of $1,100.
• About Me: Professional, clean, and respectful. Because I’ll be working full-time right away, I’ll have a reliable routine, but I'm absolutely open to hanging out and making friends with my roommates.
