Looking for an older Harry Potter fanfiction (Seem to remember it being from FanFiction.net)

The fic started around the beginning of Order of the Phoenix, when the Advance Guard came to Privet Drive to collect Harry. Remus Lupin and Tonks were part of the group. They found Harry dead in his room after he had committed suicide by slitting his wrists with magic.

Important details i remember:

• Multi-chapter fic
• Harry stays dead permanently
• Focus was mostly on reactions/grief/aftermath
• Sirius was alive
• There was a funeral chapter
• Harry was found on the floor, not in the bath or bed
• No pairings/romance focus
• Probably older FFN-era angst/tragedy fic

Does anyone remember the title, because I can't for the life of me remember what the fic was called? I really want to read it again.
