I’m new to this game and had a quick question. I actually started playing because of Valko but then I found out he isn’t available yet😅 I noticed there’s a Rippling echo 20% off banner. Does this banner stay around until I use it, or is it time-limited? Also, when Valko is released, will he eventually be added to the banner or is it only for the current standard characters?
