Looking for 4th roommate to rent house downtown
Hello, as the title says we are looking for one more person to rent a house near wwu downtown. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, and has built in laundry. so each of us will get out own space, and share the kitchen / living room. rent per person will be $875 per month, and utilities will vary. the move in date is 8/13/2026 and the lease period is a year long.
anyone is welcome! but unfortunately no pets are allowed. the location is about a 6 minute drive to Western, and there are also a couple bus stops within a block. and honestly walking to Western would probably take only around 30 minutes. It is also basically next to downtown, so we will be within walking distance to all the cool things to do there, which is awesome.
