I am about 10 days from my first colonoscopy and scared to death I have cancer. I am 41 and have been having symptoms for a couple months. Lower left abdomen feels “stretched” or bloated. Changes in bowel movements. Bright red blood when wiping, only a couple times was very present but some streaks here and there. Itchy or burning anus at times. Basically if you google any of these symptoms you will be told cancer so of course you’re gonna then spiral mentally. Anyone have all these symptoms and been fine?? Everyone says oh you’re too young it wont be cancer but seems like everyday you see someone younger diagnosed. 😔
