Hair regrowth after removal cutoff

This is not the first time I’m making a post about hair growth but as >!OCD!< is persistent I am back again!
I just had my last session of electrolysis this past Friday as that was the cutoff date given to me by Logan at the Buncke clinic. My surgery is scheduled for the end of June. I sent him a picture of immediately after my appointment to show him the spots we hit (because I forgot to take pictures beforehand) and then comparisons between my two arms. He said “I think you’ll be just fine, but I would like updated pix,” because I offered to send some in a few weeks in case there’s any regrowth.
Well this has been a constant point of anxiety/obsession for me surrounding this surgery because obviously I don’t want any issues in the future and I don’t want my surgery to be postponed/cancelled due to hair growth. Majorly because I’d have to wait until next summer if it had to be moved.
I’m wondering if anyone that went with this team would be able to tell me if they had a few dark/coarse hairs still in the area and were still cleared by Logan for surgery? Or if they were able to go and get one last session done after their original cutoff and how close to their surgery that was? And if they still had darker/fine hairs (able to see the darkness with a brighter light) in the area and that was okay too?
There’s two hairs that I can see that are dark/coarse that popped out of scabbed areas from my last electrolysis session (previous to this past Friday). And then there’s other darker but fine hairs in the area that I can’t really see unless I’m really looking hard with a flashlight. I attached a photo and circled the two dark/coarse hairs (highest and lowest circles) and then one of the darker/fine hairs in the area as well. I don’t know, I guess, how serious the dark/fine hairs are in the area considering they’ll be doing a scrapping. But I just called and left a message with my electrolysist to try and get back in early this week still to just hit these hairs quickly and then lay off considering I’m only a few days past my cutoff at this point and I can’t see that really being an issue for surgery. But if they come back or others come out of the places I just got zapped this past Friday, would I be able to go again one more time closer to my date?
Every time I bring this up to Logan he offers to move my date into August but that’s just not a possibility for me. I think he only offers it because he wants me to be the least anxious about it as possible but him offering to move it makes me nervous because it makes me feel like he isn’t certain I’ll be okay. Even though, with every picture I send he responds positively, saying he thinks I’ll be fine. But my >!OCD!< is just so locked in on this that I’m sitting around with a fucking flashlight staring at my arm finding hair and panicking.
