So for multiple months now every few weeks I have an energy in the corner of my room. It feels like a danger mainly when it's dark. It's presence is almost paralyzing and I know it's not sleep paralysis cause I get the danger feeling before I even go to bed. It's so bad to the point that I as an adult stay awake the whole night even if I try to sleep in another room. Pls help
