Only if its halal to do. Is it possible to get a 5% Islamic based loan from govt housing scheme and put that money in stable funds say at 8 or 9 % and cash the difference, i dont need a house at the moment. I dont know if thats even possible as we may need to show some kind of construction activity as part of loan scheme?

What do you think, only thing i can think of is morally wrong if somewhere terms and conditions stipulating it to use funds for construction only.
