I (18F) just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hashimotos. I’m not sure how to deal with all of it. I got put on Levothyroxine and have been taking it only a few days now, but is there anything else i should do? I’m just scared on how this has/will affect my life. any advice would be appreciated
