Hello! Has anyone here experienced forgetting a language you spoke fluently in childhood and did you succeed at relearning it? What is your go-to method for cases like this? How long did it take you?

I’m currently in this situation and not knowing where or how to start is extremely frustrating. I am able to recognise some words and grammatical structures when actively listening to the TL and my family speaking it, but that’s about it.

Do you have advice?
