i got all four removed at once on tuesday, i didnt have a sore throat or any problems before but then it started hurting just a bit yesterday now ot hurts a LOT especially when i swallow something, is this normal or did i just unfortunately get a sore throat while recovering?

so i had my wisdom teeth surgery (i did all four) on tuesday (its saturday for me rn) and the swelling is almost completely gone, i can open my mouth enough to bite a burger (but i cant really chew it since it might get my stitches undone) and second question is it normal for my upper wisdom teeth stitches to break away on day 1? (the day after the surgery) it wasnt bleeding anymore and the blue sheet i got said its no longer required after the bleeding had stopped
