Hi! Moving to PHX soon and debating between the Saiya and Moontower. Anyone have any opinions/pros and cons.

I am mid twenties, female (so safety is big for me as I work in healthcare so there may be some late nights)

want to live with other young professionals/want to make friends/be able to explore the city
