Already did the 240 rule in China to see my GF , would like to stay for longer than that this time so I’m looking to get my L Visa , I live in Boston any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated
Already used my 1 week of vacation time to go for the 240 hour rule so I will be planning this 2nd trip ahead of time so I can get my time approved and take at least 2 weeks off , only problem is going to NY will be a big problem because I would have to take a whole other week off due to processing time for the visa so I’m stumped here looking for any kind of advice
