So i saw a dude dressed in a dark hero costume downtown Cedar Rapids. Has like the utility belt and everything. He was with another guy and they had this waggon thing full of what looked like various supplies. I saw them stop and hand a bunch of items to a homeless person. Has anyone heard about this?!?
