Boil fresh lasagna sheets before baking?
Hello everyone,
I am making lasagna (yum), and this time, instead of buying lasagna sheets from the store, I made some fresh pasta sheets myself (with flour and eggs). Should I boil them first before assembling the lasagna and baking, or will they cook fully in the oven? I'm a bit worried that I'll end up with a raw flour lasagna :/ In case it matters, the lasagna will be pretty simple - marinara sauce, béchamel, and some spinach.
