Parents are travelling abroad and don't know which card to use

As I mentioned,my parents are going to be travelling to the US for about a month to visit my sister. They will be travelling next month

To spend, I have researched a bit and have come to a conclusion that the federal bank scapia card is good choice since it has a 0% markup fees.
This is a one off trip and I don't think they will be travelling abroad soon.

If you agree or disagree, please let me know why.
