Hi there cockatiel reddit! I wanted some clarification and help on my male cockatiel's behavior.

Recently he's been obsessed with our bearded dragons heat lamp and keeps coming back to it to do this

Is he trying to feed it or does he think its trying to feed him?

It seems like a baby behavior but im unsure?

Other than this oddity he's been acting pretty normal hormonal wise and isn't acting crazy (he has been extremely mean in the past when he's been hormonal)

Im concerned he's hurting himself but he keeps coming back??

Its very confusing
