Xiaomi, Black screen
My phone was showing errors on WhatsApp and then on the system interface. Eventually, it entered this screen. Those 3 dots at the bottom of the screen seemed to indicate that something was loading. I held the power button for a while, it vibrated and showed the startup screen, but then it went back to the same screen from the photo. After about 2 minutes, it finally returned to normal and showed the lock screen again. I honestly didn’t really understand what happened.
It’s a Redmi Note 10 64GB, Indian version. I’ve used several Xiaomi phones before, but this one particularly has the worst system experience. It freezes a lot and is very slow to open apps like TikTok, Gallery, and Uber, sometimes even showing “app isn’t responding.”
This black screen appeared because I was trying to listen to a voice message on WhatsApp and it wouldn’t load. I also often get messages saying “System UI isn’t responding” when trying to use some of the apps I mentioned.
I bought it second-hand about a year ago, but it has always been like this.
Anyway, does anyone know why this screen appeared?
