Do all tech ugc gigs lay u off after a month?

I feel like it’s so hard to find a brand these days that won’t lay me off for not having a viral video 😅 is this norm for this niche?? I’m a traditional ugc creator but i tried out tech for three months. Ive gone viral here and there. A warm up video in 300k views and a couple 10-30k views buttt it’s a lot of luck in this game. Just wantef to get some insight

Recommended platform/s or agency/s to invest in

I'm a canvas UGC creator looking to transition into traditional UGC. I've heard of many apps and agencies and have made enough to be willing to invest into paying a platform or an agency to get started on some traditional UGC gigs.

If you have any suggestions, drop them below and tell me a little about them, the pros, the cons, your experience (if you're willing) and whatever else may be helpful. (: I am fully aware that we don't necessarily have to pay to get gigs but because of my busy schedule I'm willing to invest in paying to save time. Thank you for your insight in advance!
