Beef ragu and pappardelle is our house weekly staple (undoubtedly it is loved by so many). But tonight I am feeling lazy so I cut the beef steak to bite size without shredding and did a quick mashed cannellini beans. The result exceeded my expectations. The beef was still so tender and meaty. Bean mash was so creamy and smooth. My partner who is Irish loving mashed potato has asked me to do this combo again next week.

My mum says she wants to have pizzas for her birthday so Nagi comes to my rescue. Here are kales and sausage, pepperoni and self defined supreme. I made the doughs from scratch and was so impressed by the recipes that enabled an inexperienced cook liked me to achieve this.

Time off today and figure out I can cook these altogether for lunch. The oven temperature and time for both recipes are very close so I could roasted the tomatoes and bake the bread at the same time. I cooked 3 servings of the soup but at the end only one ladle leftover after my partner and I finished most of it.
