Long time lurker here, taking the positives from other people's posts.

I decided to finally start learning in Summer 2024 and after two instructors, two failed tests and then a few hours in an Arnold Clark rental with a relative, I've finally passed at Speke test centre today with three minors, after turning 40 last week!

My theory was due to run out in August, so felt like I was against the clock. My instructor also kind of ghosted me after I failed the second test.

I have been an incredibly anxious driver and even the examiner commented on how nervous I was, but it just proves it is possible with perseverance.
