Hi, I’m submitting an EOI for a new grad nursing program. I’m willing to relocate anywhere and work in any ward to gain experience.

Would it be okay to select almost all hospitals on the preference list across different states, or could that negatively affect my application? For example, could recruiters see it as being unfocused or unrealistic?

I’d really appreciate any advice from people who’ve gone through the process!
