Part time / prn jobs - RDU. Mommy track lol (yes this is cliche)

Hi everyone! Maybe a long shot but I have a 5 month old and just went back to work a few months ago and am looking for something part time/prn and out of the call pool.
Currently have a pretty nice gig butttt - I’m the only anesthesiologist at a small hospital 4 days a week. I take call 2 days of that and can’t leave till the last case is done. Some weeks it’s amazing, some weeks suck. This past week I barely saw my baby and some nights I didn’t. They are also growing so it’s only going to be getting longer and longer days.
I understand there will be a pay cut, not concerned on that. All I’m seeing on gasworks is a lot of prn peds office based - no thanks. Anyone have some leads on anything in this area? I want to be home with my baby but don’t know if I’m quite ready to have a lapse in work after 5.5 years out of residency.
Also - anyone know anything about part time at the Va? Any suggestions I’ll take! I’m also willing to drive, as i drive a ways currently for work.
