Hi! Curious if anyone has run into this challenge : just got brand new midea U unit and it cannot cool my room below 70 (if that) for some reason. I’ve had it on 60(!!!!) and it’s no help at all.

I used to have the same unit (that was recalled) and it could freeze the room when set to 68.

Dropping an image from the app as well.
I contacted the support service and put in a claim.
