Hi before I ask for tips I'd like to tell about my life so far and how I wish to improve it
I'll try to keep it super simple for y'all ,I have been feeling down lately bcoz I have been feeling alot lonely I have actually deactivated my instagram for 7 months and counting still so I haven't been in contact with lot of friends for so long except my best friend and one or 2 friend I have known for so long recently I shifted to a new place where I'm living alone as before I used to live in a dorm room where 4 people including me used to live yes it was fun there real fun but the weight of loneliness really is felt living alone having to eat food alone...
However it also made me concerned about my future life
As I procrastinate stuff and be lazy about stuff I really feel like I definitely need a change in my life
Now I don't have a girlfriend I can talk to everyday ofc and I deserve not to bcoz of my self destructive routine
It's currently 3 am in the morning and I really would like to change even tho from just now yes I know sleeping now doesn't really make sense but however I shall fix it eventually
Now coming to the tips and tricks
Now I know lot of folks might recommend me going to gym but I don't have enough money to actually join one
So my options are limited to working out in the room with no equipments and lose weight
Yes I want to get in shape even if it takes months I'll be happy doing it
Secondly as I'm a student who is also looking for a job needs to focus on career
Now I heard that gamifying your life really helps in staying productive so I wanna learn how this works
I'd be happy to receive some genuine advice about working out in my room
And how can I maximize my productivity slowly and gradually to something I can be proud of by the end of this year.
Plz help a fella out.
