Owner modified Rover booking but forgot to update Yale lock schedule.

Hey guys,

An owner changed the walk time for today on Rover, and the app modification went through. But they forgot to update the access time on their Yale smart lock.

so if they don't fix the lock access within the next 10 minutes, I literally cannot get in and will have to leave without the dog.

If I get locked out because of their mistake, am I still entitled to full payment?

It's completely on them for not providing access for the new time, right?

Also, should I contact Rover support immediately after the 10 minutes are up to protect myself from a potential bad review? Let me know, thanks!

Help! I set my rates too low and now I’m booked for weeks! 😂

I’ve read all of your comments and honestly learned so much, I really appreciate the advice.

For now, I’ve decided to keep my current rate for a few more weeks since that’s what we initially agreed on. I want to build a good relationship first, and then I’ll think about bringing up the price later on

I’d be so sad to lose this client because they are such a joy to walk with, and I’m really enjoying the experience. Thanks again for all the help!

Hi I am new to Rover.

Just want to say hello and share experiences
I just booked my first long-term (3months) boarding for a cat! I'm super excited about this. Has anyone else done this before? Any advice for a long-term sitter? TIA!
