Hi. For context I'm a 17 year old, when I was 16 I suffered a greenout which led me to derealization-depersonalization.

Believe me when I say that it's easier said than done, but what helped me out was to genuinely not care about my perception being altered. Once you treat it as if it was nothing you begin to heal.

It is scary but I can promise you that it means a lot less than you think it does.
