Is it true that a postdoc is nothing like a PhD?
As in, stress wise, the amount of work expected from you, the mental health etc etc

I only have like 3 journal papers in high impact factor journals. I was lucky to be sent 2 example proposals from previous applicants and freaking h they have 10+ publications.
Do you think i stand a chance? I recently graduated with a phd so no post doc opportunities yet…..
What was your supervisors advice to prepare for your PhD viva!?
Please help a fellow out as my supervisor cancelled our last meeting where he’d give me advice to prep for my viva and they are on leave until after my viva so cant get hold of them
