Quick question, are corporate places like Walmart and McDonald's always hiring at anytime? Everytime I come back they keep telling me to wait for a call back from the hiring manager but it never happens.

So as a teen and when applying for work should I be honest about my availability or sort of exaggerate to get hired faster? if that make sense, im looking for a 1st job
