Arizona 9b growers

I’m in 9b Surprise, AZ and last September I transplanted Roma, Big Boy, Early Girl, and Red Beefsteak which all did decent for my first year gardening but I’m curious what other varieties 9b growers had good success with? I wanna prepare for fall.

Spider mites or something else?

I’ve been spraying with Garden Safe Fungicide3 (Insecticide & Miticide with Neem Oil) and there has been zero improvement. I’m in AZ 9b.

Friend?

Are these critters good or bad? The last two photos are from two weeks ago when the plant seemed bright green and healthy. It’s currently yellow and pale and I’ve been watering it the same, checking for moisture before watering, etc. I’m in 9b AZ, it’s been steady high 80s and low 90s but next week we’ll be over 100 till the end of time.
