We’re Deborah and Justin of Green Flag Ventures - the earliest U.S. VC born specifically to back the frontline Ukrainian teams building the future of war, EW, and autonomy systems under live fire. We were among the first to bet on Ukraine’s victory and its wartime innovation engine. One of our early investments, Swarmer, is the first Ukrainian dual-use company to IPO in the US (NASDAQ: SWMR).
Deborah has lived in Ukraine for 15 years and spent most of the last decade deep in its tech sector. Justin founded a VC-backed tech company and has a decade in defense and national security (mostly overseas). Together we back the founders turning battlefield hacks into next-gen capabilities.
