I am one of 5 authors of Nevada S-01-2026! Let's get the remaining 21 statewide ballot initiative states to join.

The 24 local initiative states can do this in each local race.

Nevada Nonpartisan S-01-2026, Corporate Powers Clarification Act

On April 9, 2026 we received Nevada Secretary of State’s approval to obtain petition signatures. Two other states have statewide petitions/initiatives on their Secretary of State’s websites, Montana I-194, and California AB 1984. Hawaii BILL 2471 is in their legislative branch.

Help Nevada! We can do this together. We can encourage other states to join with their own initiatives.

Corporate Powers Clarification initiatives

This is the game changer. Have you heard of these?

There are 26 states that allow statewide initiatives for this type of petition to clarify corporate powers! That's encouraging. All of these are on their Secretary of State’s website, Nevada S-01-2026, Montana I-194, and California AB 1984. Hawaii BILL 2471 just joined a week ago and is currently moving it through their legislative process!

The 24 states that do not have statewide initiatives can run these at local level. Perhaps these states could run this type of initiative locally at the same time as one to create statewide initiatives.

We cannot wait for politicians to represent We The People any longer.
