Making a solar still at home for when I'm away
I just got a new carnivorous plant. I had the idea to set up what I guess would be considered a solar still: set up a jar in full sun on my window sill next to the plant with the tube opening over the soil. That way the plant has continuous distilled watering when I am away from home for longer times.
But, on a quick reddit look, it seems like no one else is doing this. Why?
