Terrified I’m in the early stages (26M)

I’ll start by saying I fully admit I’m a bit of a hypochondriac with things that could be health issues. Mix that with the fact that I’ve been terrified of ever having a kidney stone my whole life, it’s entirely possibly I’m overreacting here but I am scared I’m in the early stages of one as I’ve never had one before and some of my symptoms seem like they are in the ballpark of this.
Starting 2-3 days ago, I began to have a weird feeling like what could be a UTI. It’s definitely not pain but it feels like I’m never fully empty after peeing. Like I still have to go but not urgently. I’ve been drinking a ton of water and can pee normally with no pain but then after it will feel like I still need to go and then barely anything comes out. Again no pain or burning, it’s just more like a nagging sensitivity or discomfort in the tip/urethra. I do not generally have the back pain except for when I try to strain to pee a little in the time when barely anything is coming out but the pain goes away after and is certainly not a stabbing feeling there.
I may not be describing this well so I can answer any follow up questions but PLEASE let me know if I should be worried about stones or if this sounds like something else. I took multiple home UTI tests and they have come up negative
