UTG+1 opens, hero MP 44 calls, BB calls

Flop 346 rainbow

BB leads, UTG+1 3x raise, hero 3x re-raise

BB throws in chips to cover first raise

Dealer tells her 10k more required to cover my re-raise

She says she did not see my raise, summons floor, discussion in Dutch, rules in Dutch, she folds

Hero and all other players open-mouthed in amazement, hand plays out

I later asked Floor for explanation and he said it is normal for player error such as this to be corrected in this way. I have always assumed and always seen that if player puts chips in, they are calling the action, not what they think is the action
