LSGS… WTF!
I had 3 c&p exams in person, same provider, same appointment on April 4th. Bilateral knees, bilateral feet (flat foot), and my left ankle.
And then I had a telehealth c&p exam for MH April 27th with a different provider.
All service connected… currently looking into tdiu..
Well, upon checking my claim on the VA site, 3 out of 4 C&Ps uploaded on May 4th…
The one that was missing was for my bilateral knees, from April 4th.
I call LSGS on Friday and expressed how that c&p is the last thing the VA is waiting on for my claim.
The rep essentially told me;
“oh well this is way beyond the 30 day timeline we have for these exams. Let me get this escalated and notify my higher ups. Check again and call back on Monday”
Well, Monday comes around and I go to the LSGS portal… there is a new pending exam for my bilateral knees… for next friggin week.
I call and they say that the “provider that did my exam for my knees is no longer with the company, so I have to start over with a new provider”.
I am so annoyed. How did my provider upload 2 out of 3 of the C&Ps and just screw me over and not submit the last one. Now my claim is getting pushed out even longer..
