Hiking Pants
Hello there, so I'm going hiking in Banff in mid-August. I went last year (mid-August as well) to summit Mount Temple. In the mornings i was quite cold, so I do not want a repeat of that this year. My question really is, what would one wear for pants? Last year i was wearing thermal pants with carhartt work pants (my bad, lol). Halfway up, I did have to stop to actually take my thermals off. Does anybody have any recommendations for what to wear for leggings and pants that are warm enough in the morning (3-5 degrees Celsius) and that I don't have to remove midway through the hike? This will be my second major hike with friends, and we will be in the woods for 8 days. Any help will be appreciated.
