pcos/ha

I went off birth control after many years on and off, had an initial withdrawal bleed and have not bled since. it has been almost a year with no period. i have a history of under-eating but am at a healthy and normal weight now. I thought it was HA originally so I increased my food intake the past 4 months and gained weight but have had minimal change to labs and no sign of ovulation or period. I have seen multiple specialists and holistic practitioners without a clear diagnosis of what is going on. Some have said it looks like PCOS while others say HA. Half of my labs look like PCOS and half of my labs look like HA. I have gotten so much conflicting information. If anyone is in a similar situation or has an idea of what could be going on and could provide some knowledge on what I can do to get my period back it would be so helpful!!

here are my labs:

high free direct testosterone 26.8
low DHEA-sulfate 101
normal insulin
normal SHBG 98.1

LH 7.2
FSH 5.8
low estradiol 29.1
low progesterone 0.4
high AMH 9.72
high follicle count 25 and 29
thin uterine lining 1.4 mm
normal prolactin 15.8

high thyroid peroxidase antibodies 40
high thyroglobulin antibodies 1.9
normal TSH 1.8, normal T3 and T4

post pill amenorrhea HA or PCOS

I went off birth control after 7 years (on and off), had an initial withdrawal bleed and have not bled since. it has been almost 10 months with no period. i have a history of under-eating for years but now am at a healthy and normal weight. I have increased my food intake the past 4 months and gained weight but have had minimal change to labs and no sign of ovulation or period. I have seen multiple specialists and holistic practitioners without a clear diagnosis of what is going on. some of my doctors have said it looks like PCOS and others say HA. I really don’t have any symptoms of PCOS but my labs point towards both diagnoses. I’m taking lots of supplements recommended to me but I’m not sure how to truly treat this because no one seems to know what’s going on and HA and PCOS are both treated very differently. here are my labs:

high free direct testosterone 26.8
low DHEA-sulfate 101
normal insulin
normal SHBG 98.1

LH 7.2
FSH 5.8
low estradiol 29.1
low progesterone 0.4
high AMH 9.72
high follicle count 25 and 29
thin uterine lining 1.4 mm
normal prolactin 15.8

high thyroid peroxidase antibodies 40
high thyroglobulin antibodies 1.9
normal TSH 1.8, normal T3 and T4
