International student thinking about studying Psychology in Australia — is the pathway financially worth it?

\[AU\]
Hey everyone,
I’m an international student currently studying at ACU, but I’m not on the psychology stream yet. I’m seriously considering switching into the Psychology pathway and eventually becoming a registered psychologist in Australia.
From what I understand, because I’m not already in the psych stream, my pathway would look something like:
Graduate Diploma / Honours (1 year) → 4th year equivalent (Honours/Grad Dip depending on entry) → Master of Psychology (2 years, e.g. Clinical/Professional) → provisional registration + supervised practice → full registration as a psychologist.
I’d really like to hear from people who are actually in psychology or have gone through this pathway in Australia about what it’s really like — the workload, difficulty, and overall experience of studying it.
Especially keen to hear from other international students or anyone who studied at ACU or another Australian uni.
Also, how competitive is it to get into Honours/4th year and then into Master’s programs? And financially, does the whole pathway feel worth it in the long run considering the tuition fees, time, and effort involved?
Any honest experiences, advice, or things you wish you knew before starting would be really appreciated.
Thanks!

Job interview

Hi everyone!
I’ve got an interview tomorrow for a Bakery Wrapper position at Costco Marsden Park. I’m a little anxious after reading different things online. 😅
Has anyone interviewed for this role recently? What questions did they ask, and what was the hiring process like?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 🙏
