Did i get lowballed
Just graduated with a degree in elec engineering (local but not big 3), found a job starting 4.2, in the construction industry, a subcon, role: project engineer, ot not paid/no oil, alternate sat halfday. Heard many bad stuff such as no work life balance, many ots, heavy workloads. A few weeks in and can already feel the stress of chasing submissions. Did i get lowballed? Hard to find jobs now hence just accepted the offer. Whats the market rate for project engineer?
