I have a viewing scheduled for an apartment in Berlin, and the contact listed is IBL Immobilien GbR.

I’m a bit cautious because I can barely find any independent online presence or website for them: they only seem to pop up directly on Immowelt (where the listing was).

Has anyone here ever rented an apartment or done a viewing through them?

They haven't asked for any money, deposit, or sensitive personal data upfront, which is a good sign, but I want to stay safe. Would appreciate any experiences or insights! Thanks!
