So I’ve purchased a usb/pendrive and Ive copied a bunch of photos and videos from my iPhone files app to the usb . “ I have the adapter “ . But when I try to open the vids and pics on the usb , it says failed to open document . Pendrive had already been reformatted to exFAT . Thanks for any help and please don’t bash me if I get some things wrong , I’m am not at all tech savvy. Apologies 🙏🏼 and thanks 🙏🏼
