I am a tech at a store, where my fellow technicians abuse PPTO. It’s 9/10 not used for emergencies.
They use it because they have it the following pay period just to go home early on a closing shift or leave early on a Friday to get their weekend started.
Is there a policy on how/why ppto can be used? We are currently over staffing just to accommodate the call ins and ppto being used for no good reason and it still doesn’t seem like enough.
